Luggage room is located on the 1st floor of Terminal E at the arrival. Open 24/7.

  • Weight of one piece of luggage must not exceed 30 kg, while its size is restricted to 30х50х70 cm
  • payment should be made for the first 24 hours of storage.
  • final payment should be made according to day’s rate of storage before the client reclaims his baggage.
  • the inexact day is considered for full.
  • to give baggage in for safekeeping the owner should declare its value ( item 923 of citizen code of russian federation).
  • any lead is considered as a separate place.
  • the new reception of things after their temporary issue pays again.
  • average general costs of the depositor owing to loss or damage things, handed on storage, are liable by a saver within the limits of the sum of their estimation (item 923 of citizen code of russian federation).
  • things should be packed with any packing material that can provide baggage with the safety and protection from unpacking and damage and can preclude other pieces and equipment dirtying.
  • a weight of one piece of baggage should not exceed 30 kg.
  • food and fruits package is obligatory. administration is not responsible for its natural damage.
  • glass and other fragile items should be packed with hard packing material with the sign:"fragile" put on it.
  • if the owner doesn’t reclaim his baggage for 30 days it will be declared unclaimed and sold.if the client reclaims his baggage for a temporary usage he loses his rights for the further safekeeping. next baggage giving out should be paid again.
  • baggage pieces giving out are out of line.
  • the following items may not be given in for safekeeping: explosives, flammable and strong-smelling things, guns without cover, cartridges, animals and birds, papers, money and jewels.
  • to make a baggage reclaim, the client should produce his token (card) and tell his name to the storekeeper.
  • if a client loses his token (card) he should write a statement, produce his passport and prove that this baggage belongs to him. fine for the loss of token (card) is 300 Pub.
