- The luggage room is situated in Terminal F in the left wing of the Arrivals area (1st floor, near the drugstore). Here you can get your forgotten belongings or unreclaimed luggage. Transfer and transit passengers are offered services of luggage release or transfer.
- To receive unreclaimed luggage the passenger shall have an ID and a boarding pass or ticket. To receive forgotten belongings, the passenger shall have an ID, specify where the belongings have been lost and prove his title.
- All services of the unreclaimed luggage room in Terminal F are free.
- Things which are not reclaimed by owners within 6 months after they are accepted for storage shall be disposed of in accordance with the applicable procedures.
