Sheremetyevo International Airport Approves Additional Share Issue

The Board of Directors of Sheremeteyvo International Airport approved an additional share issue worth 603 125 000 rubles. During the share issue the company is going to float 603 125 000 additional stocks at 1 ruble par value each. In January 2010, the Board of Directors approved the decision to increase the authorized capital of Sheremetyevo international Airport by 603 125 000 rubles due to transfer of the shareholding of Aviation Research and Development Center. Sheremetyevo International Airport is going to transfer 57 604 stocks of Aviation Research and Development Center, which makes 100% minus one stock of the latter. (USD1 = RUB29.4242).
