Sheremetyevo International Airport Approves Terminal Vladivostok CJSC Sale

On May 17, 2010 Sheremetyevo International Airport held the meeting of the Board of Directors chaired by the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Mr. Igor Levitin. The Board of Directors approved the deal on sale of one stock of Terminal Vladivostok CJSC to Vnesheconombank. The deal is to become the first stage in financing Terminal Vladivostok, which was established for building a new airport complex at Vladivostok International Airport.
