China Southern Resumes Air Service from Sheremetyevo International Airport

On May 18, 2010 China Southern resumed the scheduled air service from Sheremetyevo International Airport. The air service on the route Moscow—Urumqi will be provided from Terminal F. Before June 1 the air service will be operated twice a week on Tuesdays and Sundays. Starting from June 1 the flight frequency will be increased to four times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The flights will be provided by Boeings 737 and Boeings 757. The time en-route will be 5 hours and 30 minutes. The passengers traveling with China Southern will be offered convenient connecting flights at the airport of Urumqi where the air carrier’s own terminal was launched on March 27 (Terminal 3).
