Sheremetyevo International Airport approved the annual accounts and annual financial statements, including profit and loss statement for 2009. The airport approved the following profit distribution for 2009: production development—701 064 thousand roubles, dividends—233 688 thousand roubles. The shareholders during the meeting elected the new Board of Directors including Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Igor Levitin, Deputy Chairman of Moscow Region Government and Minister of Transport of the Moscow Region Petr Katsyv, First Deputy Chairman of VEB Anatoly Tikhonov, Director General of Sheremetyevo International Airport Mikhail Vasilenko, Managing Director of United Industrial Corporation Vsevolod Vukolov. The Board of independent directors includes Deputy Director General–Director for Strategy and Corporate Development of Siberian Coal Energy Company (SUEK) Anna Belova, President of Onexim Group Mikhail Prokhorov, Deputy Director General of Polimetall Zumrud Rustamova, Managing Director of Troika Dialog Andrei Sharonov. The shareholders approved the auditing committee of Sheremetyevo International Airport. HLB Vneshaudit has been appointed as the company’s auditor.
