Sheremetyevo International Airport and Aon Rus—Insurance Brokers (a Russian division of Aon) announced the results of the tender on civil liability insurance. AlfaStrakhovanie Group won the tender.
The contract is signed for one year coming into force on August 15, 2010.
AlfaStrakhovanie Group will provide the civil liability insurance to Sheremetyevo International Airport against the following risks: airport operations; operations of hazardous facilities; operations of customs carriers; nuclear energy liability insurance; operation of temporary storage warehouse. The liability limit is 15 bn roubles under the contract. The liability sublimit of 1.5 bn roubles is set against terrorism risk.
The insurance contract provides for the liability for personal injury or property damage caused by the airport activities of Sheremetyevo International Airport. (USD1 = RUB30.8958)
