Flight check-in

Checking-in for passengers and luggage for internal flights shall commence at the airport 2 hours and finish 30 minutes (for international flights— 2 hours 30 minutes and 40 minutes) prior to take-off. This period is subject to change from time to time as agreed upon with the airlines.

Some airlines allow for flight registration at Belorussky Railway Station where check-in commences 15 hours and finishes 3 hours prior to departure of the estimated time of departure of your flight.

To check in for the trip and to check in you luggage, you will be required to present your ticket and passport. If you have an e-ticket, present your passport only. Luggage checking-in requires your presence.

Passenger Registration and Luggage Check-In at the Airport

Registration of passengers and luggage check-in for internal flights shall commence at the airport 2 hours and finish 30 minutes (for international flights— 2 hours 30 minutes and 40 minutes) prior to take-off.

First-class and business-class passengers should register at the relevant desks. Terminal B and Terminal F have concourses specifically designated for these passengers.

Identity check during the registration is part of the pre-flight inspection. No passengers are allowed to board without pre-flight inspection.

  • Terminal B

    Registration and luggage check-in are carried out in “Departure” Hall on Level 1—a special zone with registration desks, data panels and screens.

  • Terminal C

    Terminal C—Level 1 serves international flight registration.

  • Terminal F

    Flight registration, border-, customs and other inspections are held on Level 2. KLM and Aeroflot passengers may check in by using Self-Service Kiosks in front of the registration area prior to customs inspection.
